1) Remove the Cloud K9 Bed from the box

2) Carefully cut or pull apart the vacuum-sealed plastic packaging (if you use a knife or scissors, be careful not to cut too deep as you may cut the bed!)

3) Lay the bed on the ground with the black non-slip base on the ground for about 2 hours.

4) You can now use the Cloud K9 Bed. Please note that the bed may take up to 10 days to fully inflate, however it is safe to use during this time. 

Yes, we do! Every Cloud K9 Bed comes with a 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. We stand by our quality. If there’s ever an issue, our customer service team is here to make it right.

Yes! If you changed your mind and wish to return your bed, please notify us at hello@cloudk9beds.com within 14 days of delivery. Please note the bed must be in sellable condition, ie. it has not been opened and the bed has not been removed from the original vacuum seal. Any cost to return the product back to our Melbourne warehouse will be at the customer's expense. Once we have received the item, we will inspect the item and process the refund to your original payment method if deemed eligible. Please allow 10 business days for us to do this. If you prefer, you can choose a gift card instead.
